I am a strategic project management leader with 17 years of experience in banking and technology, currently heading the Enterprise PMO at Boubyan Bank. I specialize in managing complex portfolios and delivering results aligned with the overall strategy, driving digital transformation and AI-driven solutions. Passionate about PMO excellence, I actively contribute to PMI and PMOGA, shaping the future of project management. As an assistant lecturer at Kuwait Technology College (Ktech), I teach in the School of Business Management. My research focuses on AI in banking, bridging technology with ethical finance. Committed to driving change, empowering teams, and fostering innovation, I strive to create lasting business impact through strategic leadership and transformation.

Why did you become a project manager?

I enjoy solving complex challenges, leading teams, and creating value. Project management allows me to drive transformation while collaborating with diverse professionals.

What do you think is the essential skill needed by a project manager?

Adaptability. A project manager must navigate uncertainty, adjust strategies, and ensure teams stay focused on delivering value.
