How would you describe yourself?

I am a civil engineer turned to Project Management Professional who always love to learn. Professionally I have six years of experience in planning, executing, monitoring and coordinating various Infrastructure, commercial and residential construction Projects.   

What do you enjoy most as a project manager?

“Team Work” - Not everyone thinks the same way. By team work here, I refer to people with diversified idea working together reaching consensus aligned towards the goal of the project. I meet people of different cultures, respecting each other’s opinion. I particularly enjoy this part of learning, sharing their ideas to one another.

How has your project management experience helped you in your personal projects and life?

The Project management experience has helped me to learn how to streamline multiple activities and persons towards the single goal, be it a project or personal life.

What would like to improve in the future?

Since I strongly believe that there is always scope and need for improvement, I would like to improve my keadership skills.
