How would you describe yourself?

I'm rather introvert but from time to time, I step out of my comfort zone to meet new people and discover others realities . I like helping people to reaches their goals and surpass themselves.

Why did you become a project manager?

In one of my projects with an external firm, I have met a project manager who inspired me a lot on the different practices of project management . Then, I started to find out about the various existing training courses and certifications . In addition I like to coach a team, share , manage conflicts of interest .

If you have one tip to give to a new woman project manager, what would you say?

As a woman, project management belongs to OUR daily life. Let's have trust in our project management abilities. We can bring our experiences, passion and energy to reinvigorate the teams for new challenges.

What is your next step as a project manager?

The next step is to improve my communication and my leadership.
