How did you become a project manager?

Having been accidentally thrown in an immense high-risk and high-pressure macro level network deployment, I became a Project Manager leading a wide range of ground breaking ICT & Telecom/ Mobile projects for major technology operators across the Caribbean and Central America.

What do you think is the essential skill needed by a project manager, now?

I believe solid customer focus on medium to high-risk priorities. Negotiate with partners and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate performance.

How would you like to grow in the future?

I would like to maximize the value of life-long volunteerism, networking, collaboration and partnership. Leverage and provide thought leadership through Project Management.

Do you have a last message to share?

My view is that a blend of Project Management, Technology and Engineering can be fun! My multicultural exposure has given deep interests in: Business & Digital Transformation, Mentorship, Motivation and Productivity.
