How would you describe yourself?
I am a friendly professional and easy to reach out. I am open to new ideas , new ways of work and willing to try with the team. I believe in communication- the more you communicate , the more you will understand.
How did you become a project manager?
I first joined the project in the role of “project coordinator” and I was working with a project manager who inspired me to want to become the project manager.
If you have one tip to give to a woman project manager, what would say?
Women should already have advantages by nature such as multitasking, task prioritization and task delegations as they usually have to take care of many things in life at the same time. Project managers often have to do these things - I think women can relate these qualities to their management style. So, don’t need to be too worried - Just be you.
What would like you like to learn in the future?
Reduce Carbon Emission. Climate Financing.

I studied from Linkedin, Project management professional(website) and Podcast to learn some more interpersonal skills.
