How would you describe yourself?
Passionate, ambitious, intellectual Project Manager always eager to face new challenges. Resilient to overcome hard experiences and turn them into good times.
How did you become a project manager?
I started working as a Project Resource in a Global Program headed by a very talented Project Manager who inspired me to pursue this path step by step in my career.
What would you say if you had one tip for a new female project manager?
I would encourage you to first believe in yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and immerse yourself into the challenge. Look for a mentor to provide you with advice and a Professional support network to keep learning from others. Always ask for feedback and don’t be afraid of it.
What plans do you have for 2024 for your career and learning?
I am currently pursuing my PMI Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP) and other certifications in the Audit and Compliance Cyber Security field.
