Dianne Baunbaek is a diagnostic lead at J&J and a prominent volunteer at HBA, healthcare business women's association, focused on gender equality in the healthcare domain.

A few years ago, she dabbled in entrepreneurship with her own healthtech consultancy company.

Before, she was marketing manager in Roche and product manager in Leica.

She is passionate about life sciences, business and healthcare.

She has lived in Bahrain, Denmark, Spain, Dubai. During her professional career, she worked in England, France, Germany and The Netherlands. Most of her roles have either been global or European wide.

She speaks 6 languages: Danish, Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.

She holds an executive MBA from INSEAD, a master in International Sales and Marketing, and a Phd in molecular biology from Rennes University in France.
