Kerstin Leibold is an independent consultant for international strategy & business, accompanying B2C companies since 2019. Prior to that, she held various roles for international companies, including Sales Director EMEA and GM France for a prestigious American firm, Marketing and Export Manager in Italy, to name only a few. Her expertise includes a large variety of consumer products & services, for example, confectionery, home fragrance or writing instruments - with one common point: Putting the people – that means consumers, customers, and employees - in the center of all activities. She facilitates cooperation to achieve results. Kerstin considers herself as a “European citizen”. Of German nationality, she has lived and worked in 5 countries over the past 25 years: Germany, Italy, Belgium, the UK, and France. She speaks German, English, French and Italian fluently and some Spanish. She holds a master's degree in business management from Muenster University (Germany) and an intercultural certification from SIETAR France.
