Arief Prasetyo is an Integration Project Manager, leading multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams to deliver oil wells for our customers.  After graduating from his university in Indonesia, he landed in Mexico to take on his first international assignment as an oilfield engineer. Since then he has worked in 9 countries across Central America, Asia, and the Middle East over the span of 17 years. Arief has taken on management roles, from service delivery, training, operations and project management.

Working in the oil and gas industry has exposed Arief to the fast-paced environment, where teams are quickly formed, developed, split up; where the cyclic nature poses a lot of challenges, not only business but also in managing people.

Arief truly believes in an old Javanese saying “urip iku urup”, or “life is like lighting a candle” - happiness is a journey we light candles for others. This is why he likes to do volunteer work, both in professional communities and outside.

Arief is an Indonesian, speaks fluent English and conversational Spanish.
