Saiana Shoinzhurova is a Project Lead of Nearshore Transition project within Group HR. Originally from the Republic of Buryatia in Eastern Siberia, Russia, She lived and worked in Moscow, Dublin and now Frankfurt. Her mother tongue is Russian, she speaks fluently English, has some conversational Italian and at the moment she is learning German. She started her career as an Auditor but she found a passion for People. She has an extensive experience in Executive search, she is interested in Organisational design. She has worked on multiple audit assignments in Moscow, Executive search projects in Moscow and Dublin, looking for Senior managers across Private and Public sectors. In Germany she has worked at Venture Capital building the recruitment process to engage promising entrepreneurs. A couple of months ago she joined the Parent company of Venture Capital to work with nearshoring resources.
