Rashad Issa is a senior business Leader, strategy specialist and an operational quality, governance & assurance expert. Rashad is a Chartered Quality Professional and is a Fellow to the Chartered Quality Institute.

Rashad has great passion at helping businesses and individuals implement change that sticks not only at work. He mentors young professional at the Chartered Quality Institute and at Project Management Institute (PMI). He supports the global initiative of Diversity and Inclusion at PMI and he served 2 years on the board of PMI UK.

Rashad has a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management and a Masters of Science in Applied Project Management - Managing Innovation and Change. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a certified auditor in ISO9001:2015 .

Rashad is originally from Beirut. He started his career in Kuwait where he worked in the banking sector both conventional and islamic banking. His experience in retail covered the entire middle east before moving to the UK making London his home. He worked for a global health provider headquartered in the USA and covering more than 10 countries across USA, Europe and Asia. Now he heads the Quality and Business Improvement Department for a UK company in Maritime Transportation with a global reach and satellite offices in Singapore, Greece, USA and China.
