A Master Black Belt with 18 years of professional experience in programs, software implementations, operations, change management consultancy, and education, in Technology Public Sector, Software and Education. Skilled in Project Management, Six Sigma, BSC, BPR, SDLC and Agile resulting in more than 700 MUSD in revenue/cost avoidance/efficiencies.
How did you become a project manager?
Through an HP (now HP Inc) program that we created like Motorola University but about Project Management.
What do you think is the essential skill needed by a project manager?
Communication and self-organization
What would like you like to learn in the future?
DASSM, that is my next goal and more about Agile.
